Rant about cupcakes

Photobucket

cupcakes.
pretty, cute, sweet, nice to look at.
yummy? no.

ever since the whole cupcake phase happened around 2009(and sadly it is still going on) every bakery i've been to is selling cupcakes. whatever, right, you sell whatever you want.

but..

you sell cupcakes and stopped selling cookies?!

dude.

when you take a bite of a simple yet such a delightfully delicious chocolate chip cookie, you taste the chocolate hugging your tongue. or as joshua puts it, "a mouth orgasm".

BUT when you take a bite out of a stupid cupcake, you taste air and icing sugar. that is all. ok i admit that i DO have that sense of admiration for anyone able to decorate such pretty cupcakes. however. srslyyy? it is just too overrated maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan

get mah point?
I WANS MAH COOKEHHHZ

ok now instead of complaining over and over again,
i will bake tomorrow >:)
